FCA snaps skid as industry sales shift higher

FCA, behind a 45 percent surge in Jeep deliveries, snapped an 18-month string of U.S. sales declines in March as the industry appeared poised to chalk up a solid gain. GM, Ford and Toyota also posted gains while Nissan slipped.
