VW, Daimler, BMW sponsored diesel-fume tests on humans, report says

VW Group, Daimler and BMW took another blow amid revelations that they sponsored tests that exposed humans as well as monkeys to diesel exhaust fumes, which can cause respiratory illness and cancer.
