FCA will press on with Marelli spinoff, Marchionne says

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will push ahead with a plan to separate auto parts unit Magneti Marelli next year, FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne said. The CEO added that it was still premature to spin off the company's Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands.
