In April, the automaker debuted a 50th anniversary edition of the 370Z at the New York auto show. Last redesigned for 2009, the iconic roadster could be replaced with a sporty, performance-oriented, possibly electric offering. It would serve as a halo car, showcasing Nissan's future EV technologies. It has not been decided whether the 370Z name will carry on.
