Justice Department issues civil subpoenas to automakers in Calif. emissions deal probe, reports say

The Justice Department issued the subpoenas to Ford, Honda, BMW, and Volkswagen as part of its antitrust investigation into the automakers’ voluntary vehicle emissions agreement with California, Reuters and The Wall Street Journal reported.
