Volkswagen's delays in providing information slowed U.S. emissions suit, authorities say

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission says it faced long delays by Volkswagen Group in producing documents and other information related to its emissions cheating after a judge asked why the agency waited two years after the scandal to sue VW.
