Renault and Nissan reach agreement on boardroom seats

Renault Chairman Jean-Dominique Senard and CEO Thierry Bollore will be given seats on key Nissan oversight committees, signaling an end to a dispute that has poisoned relations between the two automakers. Senard will also become Nissan's vice chairman.
