Toyota, Panasonic will establish joint venture for 'connected' homes

Toyota and Panasonic plan to expand their partnership to establish a joint venture to develop "connected" services to be used in homes and urban development. The companies have already announced plans to cooperate on building electric-vehicle batteries.
