Ghosn arrested for 4th time after raid at Tokyo residence, report says

Japanese prosecutors arrested Carlos Ghosn for a fourth time following an raid early Thursday at his Tokyo residence, national broadcaster NHK reported. Prosecutors charged him with breach of trust in the last development, the network said.
