FCA US sales dropped 7 percent in March behind another weak month for Jeep, car and minivan demand, even as pickup deliveries remained strong. Volume fell 3.5 percent at Toyota and 7.2 percent at Nissan. Overall, industry light-vehicle sales are projected by analysts to drop for a third straight month in March.
