Safety advocate raises questions about Toyota, Subaru valve spring recalls

Jason Levine, executive director for the Center for Auto Safety, called for NHTSA to investigate reports of engine problems in certain Toyota and Subaru vehicles that had repairs completed after a recall late last year.
