Uber seeks OK to resume self-driving tests in Pennsylvania

Uber asked Pennsylvania for permission to resume self-driving vehicle testing on public roads and said it has improved autonomous vehicle software, more than seven months after the company suspended testing after a deadly crash in Arizona.
