Used-vehicle sales help buoy Group 1's Q3 results

Strong used-vehicle gains helped Group 1 Automotive boost profits even in a third quarter in which new-vehicle sales dropped nearly 10 percent in an unfavorable comparison to the year-ago gain realized from Hurricane Harvey.
