Watch The FJ Company perfectly restore a classic Toyota Land Cruiser
Filed under: Design/Style,Videos,Toyota,SUV,Classics,Off-Road,Specialty
We're big fans of The FJ Company here at Autoblog. The outfitter builds some pretty sweet restomod Toyota off-roaders. Late last year, we were lucky enough to drive a 1981 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ43. It was a big dose of nostalgia right to the pleasure centers of the brain. While that particular FJ — the company's Signature model — would set you back at least $200,000, The FJ Company does offer vehicles with less eye-watering price tags. No matter the cost, each model is painstakinglyContinue reading Watch The FJ Company perfectly restore a classic Toyota Land Cruiser

Back in 1967, Malcolm Bricklin approached Subaru about bringing its cars to the United States. The first models made their way to customer hands sometime in 1968. After 50 years, Subaru of America announced that it has sold its 9 millionth vehicle, a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, to a doctor and repeat customer in Arkansas. This comes just weeks after the automaker sold its 2 millionth Outback and marks another achievement in Subaru's long and continuously successful US operation.Continue reading Subaru of America sells it's 9 millionth vehicle, a 2018 Crosstrek

Joey Logano earns first win of NASCAR season at Talladega

TALLADEGA, Ala. — Joey Logano led a Ford feast on Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway, beating Kurt Busch to the checkered flag by .127 seconds to win the GEICO 500, the 10th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race of the season. Logano led the final 42 of 188 laps, a race-high 70 overall, and controlled the action after a 14-car wreck on Lap 166 thinned the field. Logano led the field to the green flag for the final restart on Lap 172 and stayed out front the rest of the way. 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Quick Spin Review | Why doesn't everyone make one of these?
The 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV took a remarkably long time to get to the United States. It went on sale in Europe in 2013, and was originally planned to come to America the year after, but didn't arrive until late in 2017. Mitsubishi was also fortunate that, in the time it took to finalize the American model, the entry-level competition remained primarily sedans and sedan-like hatchbacks, with the exception of the Niro PHEV, a crossover smaller than Outlander, and closer to a traditional hat2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Quick Spin Review | Why doesn't everyone make one of these? originally appeared on Autoblog on Mon, 30 Apr 2018 09:00:00 EDT. So you've read what we thought about the 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback.Well, now you must be wondering how that new 2019 Corolla stacks up with all the other hatchbacks. 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback First Drive Review | Corolla of a different color
Filed under: Toyota,First Drives,Hatchback
This new Corolla could actually be owned by someone who cares about cars and driving. Perhaps not as their top priority in life or behind the wheel, but there's also enough here in terms of style, character and driver engagement to actually put the 2019 Corolla on the map for those with more discerning compact car tastes. And, moving beyond comparisons to that gold Corolla currently parked 23 inches from the curb across the street, the latest version is also a definite improvement over its immedContinue reading 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback First Drive Review | Corolla of a different color
