Melrose, in setback for Dana, wins hostile bid for GKN

Melrose Industries narrowly clinched an 8 billion-pound ($11 billion) takeover of Britain's GKN, after a three-month battle for control of the engineering giant. The shareholder vote is a setback for supplier Dana.
