GM sales rise behind fleet, Chevy trucks; Ford slips

GM, behind stronger fleet shipments, and higher truck and crossover demand at Chevrolet, posted a 1.3 percent rise in January U.S. sales. Ford, snapping a four-month streak of gains, saw a 6.5 percent decline in volume.
