Nissan, Ford sales rise behind strong truck volume

Nissan and Ford, behind bigger discounts and strong truck demand, posted higher U.S. sales last month. Light-vehicle deliveries across the industry will rise slightly in May, for the first monthly gain of the year, analysts predict.
