Fiat Chrysler first-quarter profit rises on shift to SUV sales

Fiat Chrysler earnings rose 11 percent in the first quarter as the automaker shifted to building more profitable SUVs. In Europe, profit at the group's once-struggling operations almost doubled to 178 million euros.
