Waymo test vehicles are requiring less human intervention, Calif. DMV says

Waymo's self-driving test vehicles are relying less on humans and are miles ahead of the pack when in comes to driver takeover rates, requiring a human take the wheel about 1,000 times less frequently than some competitors.
