French auto market ends second rebound year with December gain

French car sales rose nearly 6 percent percent in December, closing a second consecutive year of strong growth in Europe's third-biggest auto market. FCA, Toyota and VW Group had strong gains while PSA and Renault underperformed the market expansion.
