Nissan wants to protect 'interests,' is noncommittal on FCA-Renault merger

Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa sees some upside in the proposed merger of partner Renault and Fiat Chrysler but remains noncommittal until he can assure the Japanese automaker's interests are protected.
